Hire car baby. Thanks to Giocondo’s driving skills we had an uneventful transfer from Seville to Granada - although actually getting to our accommodation in the The Parador which is a 15th Century convent right within the grounds of the Alhambra did prove a little challenging. After freshening up it was off to explore firstly the Parador and its gardens and history before heading around the many buildings of the fortress. We had lunched earlier at the restaurant attached to the Parador and decided that we may as well dine there also, as there was real benefit to be gained by leaving this amazing spot. So sangria watching the sunset it was!!!
