Preliminary round of the Olympic Football for us today at Hampden Park. Done all the research on how to get their - free bus with you Olympic ticket - all good, unless you followed the signs like us which despite the caption were driving not walking directions. Caught a cab!!! Now you would think I might be prepared for this - camera full charged, check - space on the memory card, check? - maybe if I had put it back in the camera - what a boof, hence the minimal size of my album for this day. Anyway two entertaining round ball matches with the support provided for the Blue Samurai from their travelling supported making for a great atmosphere. Bevvy at the local pub near Hampden then back to town for dinner at a casino. Not feeling too great at the moment - running a bit of a fever so watched some more round ball on the telly followed by an Ab Fab Olympic special and attempted to sleep - fairly unsuccessfully.
